Connie has been practicing nursing since 1980 when she received her LPN degree in VT. She then achieved her RN degree in 1990 from Walsh University in Canton, OH. Connie holds licenses in NH and MA. She has worked in all aspects of nursing: Medical-Surgical, Pediatrics, Obstetrics, Family Medicine, Nutritional Support, Orthopedics, Cardiac & Thoracic Surgery and Immunology. Connie is also a Certified Professional Coder and received her certification from the CPC Association in 2011. She is certified in ICD-9 and ICD-10. She has been the Practice Manager of Greater Hampstead Family Medicine since its conception in 1992.
When not at the practice, Connie enjoys sewing, knitting, cooking and gardening.
Ellie started her career with Greater Hampstead Family Medicine as a Clinical Medical Assistant in August 2004. In April 2006 a new position was created in Disease Management. Ellie's position as Disease Manager helps to optimize positive results for patients with chronic health conditions and diseases. Ellie was instrumental in GHFM receiving a prestigious award from the State of NH for the vaccines for children and adults program.
As the Radiology Manager at Greater Hampstead Family Medicine, Andrew has been with the company since 2007. In his role, he coordinates x-rays and all aspects of care associated to developing and transferring patients to the correct facility for specialized care. Andrew is no stranger to the medical field, having spent 16 years as a Fire Fighter and Emergency Medical Technician, which taught him the importance of patient care and compassion for the sick and injured.
Lisa started her career at Greater Hampstead Family Medicine in August 2008 as a Medical Coder and Biller. In 2011 she received her certification as Certified Professional Coder. She is member of the Manchester Chapter of Certified Coders. Lisa assumed the lead role in GHFM’S billing dept in August of 2012. She is ICD 10 certified as well.
Lisa’s hobbies are camping, orienteering, archery and spending time with her family.
Lisa has been with GHFM, PC since her externship in January 2014. She is a graduate from Mt Washington College, graduating with a 4.0 average. She became certified in May2014. She is a current and active member in the AAMA. In 1997, she graduated, Sum Cum Laude from Northern Essex College, with an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts. She is passionate about caring and truly enjoys helping others. Her hobbies in her free time include, hiking, mountain biking and being with her dog, Sasha. She is a huge New England Fan, especially the Bruins and the Patriots.
Nancy joined GHFM in 2015 and brings over 30 year of experience to GFHM in the Medical field. Prior to joining GHFN Nancy worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Pediatrics, before taking time off to raise a family. Nancy has also worked several years in Special Education as an Instructional Assistant, working primarily one on one with fragile children. She was former co-owner of a local gift shop in Hampstead. Her hobbies include painting, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Nancy is an avid fan of the Boston teams, namely the Boston Red Sox and The New England Patriots.
